Joy Does Come in the Mourning
"You turned my wailing into dancing; You removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy, that my heart may sing to you and not be silent" (Psalm 30:11-12).
Remember Paul and Silas in prison, after they had been beaten almost senseless?
Around midnight they began singing praises to the Lord --
-- and then the miracle happened!
Not only were their chains removed, but also the jailer and his household were saved!
Praising God in difficult times just might lead to a miracle for you, too!
Remember, God arranges even our tough times, and when we sing praises to Him in the darkness, He is pleased -- and morning comes!
